My path to somatic healing started, as many do, with a deep personal struggle. Years of stress, emotional overwhelm, and unhealed trauma left me feeling disconnected and stuck. But as I began to explore somatic practices, I learned that my body wasn’t just holding pain—it was trying to communicate with me.
I began to soothe my reactive nervous system, release stored emotions, and reconnect with my inner wisdom. I went deep into the body, slowing down, and trusting its innate intelligence.
Now, as a somatic practitioner, I guide women through the process of nervous system healing, helping them calm their overstimulated bodies, heal emotional wounds, and break free from old patterns that no longer serve them. My work combines the science of the body with ancient wisdom, supporting women in creating holistic, transformative change.
All of my work is devoted to helping you reconnect with your body, heal from the inside out, and reclaim your power and peace.
