Somatic Memory – Exploring how past trauma is stored in the body and how to begin releasing it.

Nervous System Regulation & Homeostasis – Learning about homeostasis and how somatic practices help regulate the nervous system.

Clearing Unhealthy Frequencies – Practical techniques for releasing stuck or unhealthy frequencies from the body.

We will cover:

Self-Care Practices for Different Needs – Techniques for different emotional states (e.g., stress, anxiety, depression, trauma).
Somatic Tools for Daily Practice – Overview of somatic tools including breathwork, movement, body scanning, energy clearing, sound healing, and journaling.
Adapting Your Action Plan Over Time – How to modify and evolve your somatic routine as your emotional needs change.
Staying Committed to Your Somatic Practice – Tips for staying accountable and consistent in your somatic self-care routine.
Exercises:
Design Your Somatic Action Plan: A worksheet to help participants design their daily or weekly somatic routine, based on their needs and preferences.
Daily Integration Practice: A brief 10-minute routine to start the day with intention (combining breathwork, grounding, and movement).
